How do I place an order?
After selecting the items you want to order, either searching by product description, or searching by item number, use the “Add to Basket” button, then continue shopping. To order more than one of the same item, click the product name. You can also click any thumbnail image to view an enlarged photo of the item, or click the product name for more information including item dimensions.

Can I order by regular mail or Fax?
You may use USPS (postal mail) to order by sending your order to: Roylyn, Mail Orders, 634 N. Cherokee Trail, Benson, Arizona 85602. Orders will be sent when payment is completed.

What payment methods do you accept at your website?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal on our website. You may use Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks by Mail Order. Please go to the Contact Us area, at the top or bottom of our website, if your choice of payment and/or method of ordering is not mentioned here. We do not accept credit cards issued from non-US banks.

Roylyn does not trade, rent, or sell your personal information to anyone. Our customer is very important to us. How long does it take to get my order? What are your shipping and handling policies?
All orders, except custom designed orders, are shipped within 5 business days of your order based on stock availability. All orders are shipped Fedex, DHL, U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground unless Priority Shipping is specified. Fedex, DHL, and UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Fedex, DHL and UPS Ground usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery to most parts of the United States, however, certain areas may take longer. We cannot offer Fedex, DHL or UPS Shipping services to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Priority shipments will result in higher shipping fees. Delivery times will increase during holidays.

What if I have a question about my order? How can I find out about the status of my order?
You may create an account through Roylyn at any time by providing your e-mail address and designating a unique access password. You do not need to create an account in order to visit our site or to place an order through Roylyn. Creating an account allows you to save certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card or Gift Card numbers in your account. You may change saved account information at any time. Simply go to the My Account page, log in with your email address and password, and then click “Continue.”
Our Customer Service will answer questions about your order. Please provide us your website order confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping address. Customer Service will also answer your product and general questions. What if my order is damaged?
Return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of shipment and you will receive a full refund.

What is your return policy?
If you choose to return any item that is not damaged for any reason, there is a 25% restocking charge that will be applied. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after shipment and must be in the original packaging.

Does Roylyn offer free shipping?
Standard Fedex, DHL and UPS ground shipping in the Continental USA is free for purchases $500.00 and up. Some items may not be eligible for the offer. Our free shipping offer is limited to the 48 contiguous states only. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping. We do honor free shipping through US Postal Service Airmail to APO destinations to USA armed forces military forces military service men and women.

Does your website ship to foreign countries?
Sorry, Roylyn does not ship to any foreign country, (Canada, UK, European Countries, Australia, Japan, etc.) due to long delivery times, shipping costs, and problems with Customs Departments and duties.
